Most groups will have quite a large number of these types of tools, and a good storage system is a basic requirement of the toolstore. ‘Manger’ type racks in which the tools can be hung work well, as they allow the tools to dry off and prevent any rust starting from being left in contact with the floor. Mangers can either be built freestanding, or against a wall, and can be made partly from pallets.
Horizontal racks can also be made in various ways to fit the available space.
